Refund Policy

1. Full Refund

Clients are eligible for a full refund if the service is cancelled within seven (7) days from the project start date, provided that no significant work has been initiated.

2. Pro-Rated Refund

After the full refund period, clients may request a pro-rated refund within thirty (30) days of the project start date. The refund amount will be calculated based on the scope of work completed and resources utilized up to that point.

3. Non-Refundable Period

Once thirty (30) days have passed from the project start date, no refunds will be issued, as project resources, time, and allocations would have already been substantially utilized.

4. Exceptions

In exceptional cases—such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances—refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, even after the non-refundable period. Supporting documentation may be required for consideration.

5. Service Cancellation by NXTWAT

If NXTWAT – Web Solutions cancels a service due to unavoidable reasons, clients will be entitled to a full refund or may choose to transfer the payment toward an alternative service.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take up to sixty (60) business days to process, depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.
